She loves teaching more than anything else, and her biggest passion is to build a community of empowered and strong yogis who uplift and support one another. She continued her education in Aerial Fitness in Miami with Stardust Fitness. she is an E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 Certified Yoga instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa and Aerial. Do not wear any skin lotion or sun block, as we all share the same equipment. Please bring yoga mat and proper attire: bellow the knee leggings, sports top and shirts with sleeves. Then we all take turns to learn artistic sequences with the support and care of the instructors, and our aerial yogi community.

We start with a series of stretches and excersices to warm up. Weekly classes are held at different locations, we will provide information about the specific site of each week's event.

Join Patricia and Anita in their outdoor aerial practice! We have taken our practice to local Miami Parks where open space and fresh air are plentiful, always covered by the shade of trees. We meet outdoors in Miami Parks, locations may vary. Aerial Yoga is a fun practice where we learn dance flows, flips and tricks.
